  • 30 Points – Elite National: national rankings, national events, top state rankings, nationally competitive travel/club team, or verified elite measurables.
  • 25 Points – High-Level Varsity / Travel: varsity starter, showcase/travel athlete, all-conference, state qualifier, or strong verified production.
  • 20 Points – Varsity Contributor: varsity roster, significant varsity role, competitive travel/club athlete, but not yet a clear impact player.
  • 10 Points – Developing: JV starter, new to travel/club, limited varsity experience, or still building proof.
  • 0 Points – Recreational: rec only, limited competitive experience, or no current school/club role.

Coach Exposure Guide

  • 20 Points – Active Communication: college coaches have called, texted, emailed personally, invited the athlete to visit, or discussed fit/roster needs.
  • 15 Points – Some Interest: camp follow-up, direct messages, personalized emails, or coaches showing clear interest but not consistent communication yet.
  • 10 Points – Passive Interest: profile views, generic camp invites, questionnaire requests, or limited signs of interest.
  • 5 Points – Outreach Started: athlete/family has emailed coaches, but there are no meaningful responses yet.
  • 0 Points – No Contact: no emails sent, no coach communication, and no confirmed coach awareness.

Recruiting Materials Guide

  • 10 Points – Ready to Send: highlight video, updated stats, academic info/GPA, grad year, position/event, contact info, and coach/travel information are organized.

  • 3 Points – Raw Proof Only: has game clips, Hudl clips, screenshots, stats, or social posts, but nothing packaged for a college coach.
